Chris is the road trip planner and campsite researcher while Taylor is the professional snack packer, dog wrangler and maker of ALL the lists. We spend our free time chasing mountain views and dusty backroads in our 2018 Travel Lite truck camper – with our adventure loving pups! Dirt Road Camper is where we share our favorite national parks, dispersed camping tips and how we plan our off grid trips! We got married in 2017, and over the years we’ve always looked for ways to spend time outdoors together. In 2024, on a trip to Grand Teton National Park, we spotted a truck camper in the parking lot of our hotel and instantly thought it was the coolest setup. That one moment sent us down a research rabbit hole, and by October 2024 we had our own truck camper. Since then, we’ve spent almost all of our free time exploring the National Forests, hiking National Parks and hunting down hidden gem campsites. We’re still learning as we go, but that’s part of the adventure – Figuring it out, one dirt road at a time!
